The Sitka Sound Science Center is a nonprofit dedicated to increasing understanding and awareness of terrestrial and aqautic ecosystems of Alaska through education and research. 

I worked with the Science Center’s existing logo to create an expanded brand guide and marketing collateral for the organization, including a rack card, business cards, and promotional flyers targeted towards the community and tourists visiting Sitka. 

The Science Center’s work is multifaceted; I created a set of vector illustrator patterns, one for each of the organization’s areas of focus (hatchery, ocean research, education, and terrestrial research), as well as secondary colors to highlight each focus area. 

We are also working on a set of interpretive signs for the Sitka SeaWalk, which will be printed and installed in winter of 2023/2024.
